To order a service, join our Discord, create a ticket, choose the service you're interested in (e.g., editing), and describe your requirements, including the deadline. Also, upload any necessary materials, such as raw footage. Once you receive a quote, if you're satisfied with it, make the payment and wait for the final result.

You can leave a review on Discord. After verification, which aims to eliminate spam, the reviews will be added to the website.

You'll automatically receive the Customer role after ordering any service from MotionVerse, regardless of the amount spent.

The Loyalty Customer role is given to customers who have spent 500 euros with us and have ordered our services multiple times.

The Exclusive Customer role is awarded to clients who have spent over 2000 euros with us and exclusively use our services.

To obtain the Media role, submit a ticket. You must have an active channel to qualify.

To receive the Famous role, submit a ticket and meet the required criteria, such as having 300,000 views on your videos or over 100,000 subscribers.

We accept all payment methods available through Stripe, such as PayPal, credit card and others.

Payment is split into two parts: 50% upfront as a deposit and 50% before delivering the final project. This arrangement ensures both sides are secure - the client and the freelancer.
